Børge Mogensen Daybed Model 190

Scandinavian modern daybed, Model 190, designed by Børge Mogensen for Fredericia Stolefabrik, Denmark. Solid oak frame with tapered legs. The frame is in very good condition with only minor traces of use and refinished with oil. New mattress covered with off-white Bouclé fabric and leather buttons. Loose leather cushion is also included.

Børge Mogensen is a master of elegant simplicity with a good sense of proportion and use of materials. His designs have a perfect balance between aesthetics, ease of use and comfort.
