Finn Juhl FD133 Easy Chair

Elegant Easy Chair Model 133 designed by Finn Juhl for France & Daverkosen in 1953, Denmark. Teak frame with distinguishing thin (plywood) curved armrests. The leather cushions are supported by (coated) springs and easily form to the desired sitting position. This Finn Juhl FD-133 or 'Spade' armchair was the first industrially produced chair made of teak. All in very good condition with minimal signs of use. The teak frame is refinished (oiled). The cushions are new and upholstered with high quality cognac coloured aniline leather. The chair is signed with manufacturer stamp and medallion.
